Self-releasing snatchblock for 3/8" to 9/16" winch cable.  The snatchblock has a 6 foot nylon strap, which reduces damage to the anchor tree.

FARMI SELF-RELEASING SNATCHBLOCK TP14

When obstacles prevent direct winching, or when the remaining trees are to be protected from damage, a self-releasing snatchblock should be used.  The Farmi snatchblock releases the cable when the keyhole slider reaches it.   The snatchblock is attached to an anchor tree with a nylon strap which prevents damage to the tree.  The automatic cable release works only when the pulley is turned upside down, which is when the release mechanism is facing the ground.  The self-releasing snatchblock can be used with 9/16" and smaller cable.
